Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you donate, purchase a raffle ticket, volunteer, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process donations and ticket purchases, send receipts and confirmations, respond to volunteer and partnership inquiries, and — only with your explicit consent — send occasional updates about the Foundation's work.

Public donor recognition

By default, donations are displayed publicly as anonymous. If you choose to have your name shown publicly, we only do so with your explicit consent, given at the time of donation.

Third parties we share data with

We do not sell donor or visitor data to anyone, for any reason.

Children's privacy

Our programs serve children, but our public systems are designed around parent, guardian, and school participation. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting info@casethewolffoundation.org.

Terms & Conditions

Donations

Donations made through this site are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at the Foundation's discretion. Case the Wolf Foundation is not currently a registered charity — see our Governance page for our current status. Official charitable tax receipts are not issued until that status is confirmed.

Raffle tickets

Raffle ticket purchases are separate from donations and are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt. Each raffle's specific rules, eligibility, and licensing information are posted on that raffle's page.

Website use

This site is provided as-is. We aim for accuracy but don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
